Every branch. Its own count.
Stores
Tabs is multi-store inventory for a business with more than one shop, or a shop and a warehouse. Each store keeps its own stock, its own sales and its own staff, and you see all of them from one login.
When goods move between branches, a transfer records what was asked for, what left and what arrived. If ten cartons go out and eight come in, you know the same day, and you know which two people to ask.

01 · Stores
One business, several shelves.
Add a store for each branch, with its address. Every product belongs to a store and is counted there, so Ikeja’s 40 never hides the fact that Lekki has run out.
- A primary store that leads every list
- A currency for each store
- Search stores by name, city or state
02 · Transfers
Moved, not lost.
Create a transfer, mark it shipped when the goods leave, and receive it when they arrive. Stock comes off the first store when it ships and goes onto the second when it is counted in.
- You can’t send more than the store holds
- The value of what’s moving, at cost
- A product new to the second store is set up for you
03 · Short deliveries
Ten left. Eight arrived.
The person receiving enters what actually came, item by item. The transfer keeps three numbers for each: asked for, sent and arrived. Its Activity names who shipped it and who received it.
- The gap shows on the transfer itself
- A name and a time on every step
- Filter transfers by route, status or date
04 · Selling
Each sale comes from a store.
Whoever is selling picks the store first and sees only what that store has. A sale in Lekki takes Lekki’s stock, so nobody promises a customer something that is sitting across town.
- Tabs won’t sell more than the store has
- Attach each member of staff to their store
- A fulfilment task opens at the store that sold it
05 · Dashboard
One store, or all of them.
Look at the whole business, then narrow the dashboard to one branch. Sales by store puts the branches side by side, so you can see which one is carrying the others.
- Revenue and orders for any store
- Stock value, store by store
- Transfers on the way, counted on the dashboard

- 2
Create a transfer

- 3
