Out on trust. Back on record.
Resellers
A trader takes ten phones on Monday, pays part now, and brings the rest of the money, or the phones, in two weeks. It runs on trust and a page in a notebook. Resellers in Tabs keeps that page for you: what each one took, at what price, what they've paid and what they still hold.
Stock with a reseller leaves your available count but isn't sold until it's paid for, so nobody sells it twice. Their money counts as sales on the day it comes in.

01 · Who
Each reseller, with their terms.
Save a reseller once, with two terms: whether they can pay later, and whether they can bring back what they don't sell. The list shows what each one holds and owes, and who is late.
- Stock with resellers, owed and overdue, at the top
- Filter to who holds stock, owes money or is overdue
- Can't be removed while they hold stock or owe
02 · The order
The price you agreed, line by line.
Each line starts at the item's normal price. Change it to what you agreed, and the order shows how far below normal it is. A reseller who can't pay later pays the whole order on the day.
- Tick several sizes or colours at once
- A due date, and notes
- Returns allowed or not, for this order alone
03 · Payments
Paid in parts, owed in plain sight.
Record each payment as it comes in. The order shows its total, what's been paid, what came back and what's still owed, in red once the due date has passed.
- Never more than they owe
- Void a wrong payment, with a reason, without erasing it
- Counted as sales on the day it's paid
04 · Returns
What doesn't sell comes back.
Record what they bring back, and its agreed price comes off what they owe. For a reseller who wasn't meant to return anything, an exception return takes a reason. Mark the rest kept to close the order.
- Overpaid? Choose refund or credit
- Revoke an order to take everything back
- Exception returns labelled everywhere they show
05 · Recalls
Ask for it back, and follow it.
Ask a reseller to bring items back by a date. The recall shows how much has come back, how much is still to come, and when it's late.
