For boutiques and fashion shops

Every size. Every colour. Counted.

Boutiques

A boutique doesn’t sell “a dress”. It sells that dress in four sizes and three colours, and the medium in blue is the one that runs out. Tabs is inventory and sales software being built for a shop like that.

Know which sizes are left before the customer asks, take a deposit and keep track of the balance, and put a returned item back on the rail properly. Tabs hasn’t launched yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll write to you when it opens.

01 · Sizes

Blue in medium is its own item.

Keep one product for the style and a variant for each size and colour, each with its own price, count and photos. Tabs flags the size that is running low while the rest of the rail looks full.

  • Add a size or colour later without starting again
  • Price many variants in one go
  • Bring back a size you stopped selling

02 · Deposits

Half now, the rest on Friday.

Record a deposit by cash, transfer or POS, and the order shows the balance until the rest arrives. One filter finds everyone who still owes you.

  • Part payments on any order
  • A receipt with your logo, printed or emailed
  • Regulars saved with what they’ve bought

03 · Returns

It didn’t fit.

Record the return on the order it came from. The item goes back into stock in the right size and colour, and the order shows what you owe the customer.

  • Return one item or the whole order
  • The amount owed worked out for you
  • A name on every return

04 · The floor

Sales staff who can’t see your cost.

Give each person their own login and a role. Cost prices show only to roles you allow, so your staff can sell all day without knowing what each piece cost you.

  • Roles you design yourself
  • Who sold what, and when
  • A roster for the week’s shifts
