Every sale, start to finish

Sold, paid, handed over.

Orders

Tabs is order management for a shop. Record a sale by tapping, searching or scanning, and the items come off that store’s stock as you do it. A sale at the counter and a delivery that takes three days are both orders. One just stays open longer.

Each order shows what has been paid and what has been handed over, with the name of whoever served the customer. So “who still owes me?” and “what hasn’t gone out?” both have an answer.

01 · Till

A till on your screen.

Your products are tiles on one side and the order builds up on the other, like a receipt. Tap an item, search for it or scan its barcode. Tabs won’t let you sell more than the store has.

  • Tap, search or scan to add an item
  • Pickup or delivery, with a delivery fee
  • A walk-in, or a saved customer with a history

02 · Payments

Cash, transfer or POS. In parts if need be.

Record each payment as it comes in, by how it was paid. An order that is half paid says so, with the balance, until the rest arrives.

  • Take a deposit now and the balance later
  • Find everyone who still owes you with one filter
  • Void a wrong payment without erasing it

03 · Handover

Three ready, two to follow.

Hand over or send what is ready and leave the rest on the order. It shows as part fulfilled until the last item goes. Every order opens a task, so somebody owns getting it out.

  • Tick what the customer is taking now
  • Mark a delivery shipped, then delivered
  • A fulfilment task that finishes by itself

04 · Receipts

A receipt worth handing over.

Print a receipt with your logo, or save it as a PDF to share. When goods come back, record the return on the order it came from and see what you owe the customer.

  • Your logo and brand colour on the receipt
  • Returns recorded against the original order
  • Duplicate last week’s order for a regular

05 · Swaps

Old one in, new one out.

When a customer hands over an old item as part payment, a swap deal records both sides on one order: what went out, what came in, the credit you gave and what is left to pay.

  • A slip for each item coming in
  • The credit is never counted as cash
  • Reverse the whole deal if it falls through
