Say which order. Not “that one”.
Chat
Tabs has team chat built in, for the people who work in your shop. Message one colleague or a whole group, and tag the exact order, product or customer you’re talking about. It opens in one click.
Shop talk in a personal messaging app gets buried under everything else, and it leaves with the staff member who leaves. In Tabs it stays with the business, beside the orders and stock it is about.

01 · Chats
One person, or the whole branch.
Start a chat with a colleague, or make a group: one per store, one for managers, one for deliveries. The list shows what’s unread, and marks the chats where somebody has mentioned you.
- Mention someone with @ and the bell tells them
- Reply, react, edit and delete
- Forward a message to up to five chats
02 · Tags
Tag the order you mean.
Type # and pick an order, a product, a customer, a store, a supplier, a transfer or a person. It goes into your message as a chip that opens that exact record.
- No more “the woman from this morning”
- You can only tag what your role lets you view
- A group’s details list everything tagged in it
03 · Files
The photo of the damaged carton.
Attach up to five files to a message, 20 MB each. A picture shows in the chat and zooms in close enough to read a serial number. A PDF shows the top of its first page.
- Drag a file in, or paste a screenshot
- Every file has a download button
- A group keeps a list of the files shared in it
04 · Search
“What did we agree for Mr Bello?”
Search inside a chat by word, then narrow it: who it was from, whether it had a file or a link, which days, and whether it mentioned you. Pick a result and the chat jumps to it.
- Filters work without a search word
- Copy a link to one exact message
- Chat notifications you turn on for each device
