Integrations is where Tabs will connect to the other places you sell. Once a marketplace is connected, you'll list a product to it from that product's page in Tabs, so the stock you keep in Tabs is the stock you offer online.
None of them is open yet. This page says what you'll find in the app today, what's coming, and how to keep your count right in the meantime.
What's coming
| Platform | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Jiji | Classifieds marketplace. List products on Jiji straight from a product's page |
| Jumia | Online store and marketplace. Reach Jumia shoppers with your catalogue |
| Konga | Online marketplace. Sell your products to Konga's customers from Tabs |
| Shopify | Your own online store. Keep its products and stock in step with Tabs |
Payments are coming too: Paystack for card and bank payments on an order, paid into your own bank account, and Moniepoint for sending what an order owes to your POS terminal. They aren't on the Integrations page in the app yet. The integrations page on this site lists all six.
When one opens, it will be on what's new and on this page.
Find Integrations in the app
Open the sidebar and press Integrations. It has a Soon chip beside it.
The page says Coming soon, and shows a card for each platform: Jiji, Jumia, Konga and Shopify. Each card is marked Coming soon. There's nothing to connect yet, so there are no buttons, tabs or search on the page.
A product's page doesn't show any marketplace listings yet either.
Until then
Keep selling where you sell now, and record each sale in Tabs so your count stays true:
- A sale on Jiji or another marketplace. Make an order in Tabs for it, the same as a sale at the counter. The item comes off your stock as soon as you record the order. See orders.
- A card or POS payment. Take it on your own terminal as you do today, then record it on the order as POS or Transfer. Tabs keeps track of what's still owed. See payments, receipts and returns.
Say you sell a Tecno Spark 20 on Jiji for ₦145,000 and the buyer pays by transfer. Make the order in Tabs for one Spark 20 at ₦145,000, mark it paid by transfer, and mark it handed over when the buyer collects. Your stock goes down by one and the sale shows on the dashboard with the rest of the day's.
Who can see it
For now, only the business owner sees Integrations in the sidebar. The permissions for connecting a platform and listing products to it aren't offered in the role editor yet, so no other role can be given them. When integrations open, the owner will be able to give them to a role. See members and roles.
